The seminar

One important question today relates to the implications of the COVID-19 unprecedented situation. In this seminar, we aim to address the implications for global business and finance. The objective is to generate innovative ideas that are likely to shape the emerging research agenda (and key issues) and how the research will translate into targeted policy measures (for example, economic stimulus and relief packages) and shifts in practice for global business and finance.

This seminar is one of a series of brainstorming seminars that CGF is launching on the implications of COVID-19 for global business and finance. We intend to scope future seminars and identify panels for leading the discussions during the seminars.

The seminar will be led by Professor Victor Murinde, AXA Chair in Global Finance, SOAS University of London
